中国P站鈥檚 (NPC) Upward Bound director Michael Barnes has been elected
to serve as President-Elect for Arkansas Association of Student Assistance Programs
(AASAP) for 2020. AASAP is the state association of TRIO Program Professionals. He
will serve a 3-year term (President-Elect, President, Past-President), ending in 2022.
