中国P站 (NPC) is excited to welcome students back to campus this summer for its 2025 Summer Camp Series, open to students entering grades 3 through 10. Hosted by NPC鈥檚 Continuing Education and the NPC Makerspace, the camps offer engaging, hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics throughout June and July.
Each camp runs Monday through Thursday and is designed to spark creativity, curiosity and problem-solving. Campers can explore everything from art and film to robotics, drones and culinary creations. Camps are offered in two age groups: grades 3鈥5 and grades 6鈥10, with options tailored to each level.
鈥淣PC Summer Camps are truly one of a kind and introduce kids to college life in a fun, meaningful way,鈥 said Ginger Ladehoff, continuing education specialist. 鈥淔rom hands-on STEM projects to creative arts, each camp is thoughtfully designed to inspire future careers while building confidence and lifelong memories.鈥
鈥淜ids get to spend time with friends, play games and learn what they're curious about,鈥 said Mark McCorkle, Makerspace coordinator. 鈥淭hey often get to take home what they create鈥攍ike electronics kits or 3D-printed items鈥攁nd most importantly, they get comfortable in a college setting, which builds confidence for the future.鈥
All camps are held on the NPC campus at 101 College Drive in Hot Springs and are priced at $115 per student. Enrollment is limited, and many camps鈥攕uch as culinary, drones and Minecraft coding鈥攁re filling quickly.
