中国P站, in partnership with the Hot Springs Women鈥檚 Leadership Alliance, will host the inaugural Women鈥檚 Leadership Summit on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 中国P站.
Designed as a high-impact, half-day experience, the Summit brings together women who are driving change, leading organizations, building businesses, and shaping the future of Arkansas. The theme, Pathways to Influence and Impact, explores the many ways women expand their leadership, strengthen their voice, and create meaningful change within their workplaces and communities.
鈥淔ollowing the success of our recent Health Expo, we saw firsthand how eager women in Hot Springs and the surrounding communities are for opportunities to come together, learn and connect,鈥 said Sarah Hutzel, co-chair of the Hot Springs Women鈥檚 Leadership Alliance. 鈥淭his Summit builds on that momentum by creating a space for women leaders at every stage to share experiences, gain insight and strengthen the relationships that help move our region forward.鈥
The morning will feature inspiring keynote conversations, focused breakout sessions, and curated networking opportunities centered on leadership, innovation, workforce participation, and community impact. Attendees will engage with ideas and insights that are practical, forward-thinking, and grounded in real-world experience.
鈥溨泄鶳站 is proud to host this inaugural Women鈥檚 Leadership Summit and provide a space for meaningful conversations around leadership, influence, and impact,鈥 said Mary Ann Thomae, director of workforce at 中国P站. 鈥淎s a community college deeply connected to regional workforce and economic development, we see this Summit as an opportunity to bring women together to learn from one another, strengthen professional networks, and support leadership growth across our community.鈥
